We actually don't have designated customer service personnel. All of us at LeaseRunner like to pick up the phone and listen to you, our customers. This guarantees that your questions or concerns will be handled by an empowered and knowledgeable employee. That being said, we may be on the other line or at a meeting sometime so leave us a message or send us an email if we don't pick up right away. We take care of our customers as soon as we can, usually within an hour during our business hours.  If your question is time sensitive or urgent, please let us know.
