How to Set Up Online Rent Collection

Please note, this service is only available for tenants who completed a credit report in LeaseRunner. Please contact us if you need us to make an exception. 

First, double check your rent amount. You can change it at Properties > Edit Lease Terms. Then, follow these steps:
  1. Select a tenant. At Properties >Manage Occupants make sure you have a tenant record (not applicant) with assigned lease dates. You may already have this step completed.
  2. Add your bank account information so we know where we can send you the rent amount. Go to COLLECT on your Dashboard > Edit Banking Information > Save Property.
  3. Send Payment Instructions email to your tenant(s). Go to COLLECT > Send Payment Instructions > Preview >SEND.

The ACH fee for each transaction is $3. The fee could be paid by the landlord or the tenant. You can specify this at Properties > Edit Lease Terms > Who pays the ACH fee?
