How to Find Existing Records

All documents,  applications, and background check records are attached to your applicants and tenants.
Simply Search for your applicant's or tenant's name to find any records the most efficient way.

You can also go to Properties > Manage Occupants > View next to Applicant or Tenant record.

Please note: Your occupants may have two records. One as an applicant and one as a tenant.
The applicant record only contains a rental application and background check records.
The tenant record contains all records: application, background checks, lease documents, and rent payment records.
LeaseRunner automatically archives the applicant record when you move-in the applicant.
