If you have received an email notification that the Rental Application email you have sent bounced, you can easily correct the email address and resend the application without duplicating the applicant's records directly from the received bounce notification email following the Update Email button.
1. From your Dashboard > Recent Activities find the applicant with the incorrect email address (you can also use the search bar to find your applicant by name).
2. Click on the applicant's name to go to the Applicant Details page.
3. Use the "Send Reminder email" link to correct the email address and resend the rental application. The optional services that were ordered the first time do not need to be reordered again, and if you sent a customized message the first time, that message will still be displayed in the second e-mail.
